Our Process

Rehab to Performance Plus

We have a unique 5 step process which enables us to identify and strengthen the weak muscles that are contributing to your issues.

Discover.
Everything starts with a Discovery Session. Following a conversation about your current situation, we assess your body for range of motion restrictions. These restrictions are indicative of specific muscle weakness.

Plan.
We priortise the restrictions we find according your history and an understanding of human movement. We now have an immediate plan to get you moving better.

Resolve.
Using the revolutionary Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) treatment process, we move through your body unlocking motion at these restricted segments, as we identify the weak muscles that are holding you back and improve their function.

Load.
Once you’re moving freely with fewer compensations and less pain, it’s time to add resistance to get you stronger. We’ll show you exactly how to use resistance training to both optimise your performance and stay healthy.

Thrive.
What would be your ultimate goal if the limits you’re currently experiencing were removed? Whatever that is, that’s our target.

“The process helped me reconsider everything I had ever thought about sports, injury and training. The experience has been life changing.”
