Online programme

online programme

Like many businesses I was forced to adapt during the lockdowns of the past few years.

Whilst I have always had an online offering, this has been improved to provide comparable results to my in person service.

Discovery session

First we begin with a Discovery Session.

This in depth range of motion exam, combined with exercises to test your muscle function, will give us an indication why you are experiencing issues and what you need to do to make improvements.

Weekly sessions

If we are both happy to proceed we schedule regular online sessions to work on any limitations with exercises customised to your needs.

These will build into a programme you can complete at home and then at a gym of your choosing.

All exercises are supported by videos or images and easy to follow instructions.

“I wish I’d found Paul first before wasting lots of money on Physio and Osteo appointments that just didn’t seem to help or move me forward, yet after just a few appointments with Paul I’ve made significant improvement. The Zoom appointments work brilliantly and Paul follows up with your rehab plan including pictures and instructions that are extremely easy to follow.”
