Change your life with Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT).

I recently read a great tweet via Paul Ingraham @PainSci pondering the possibility of ‘unfucking yourself’. What if you could hit a button that restored your factory settings and wiped away all the incidents that are to blame for your current physical state? The marathon that ruined your knee, the cabinet that you shouldn’t have lifted, the kerb that you didn’t see and that tackle which blew out your ACL.

All gone with the push of one button. Would you push it?

I bet if you’re in any kind of chronic pain you would. Imagine flying out of bed in the morning without having to gingerly take the first couple of steps for fear of pain. Or picking up your kids and swinging them around without worrying about your back. What about being able to accept that invitation from your boss for a round of golf without worrying about the consequences. It would be nice right?

It doesn’t have to be a dream, it can be your reality. Whilst I can’t say I can perform a factory reset, what I can do is restore the ability of your muscles to contract one at a time via Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT).

It’s not quick but soon enough you’ll start to feel a little less apprehensive as you step off a curb. Sitting at your desk won’t cause you the pain it used to. And within a few months you’ll be throwing your kids around and swinging freely on the golf course.

There is no other process that can reliably make those claims, because there is no other process that examines your muscular system in so much detail.

To get started book a free consultation at my City of London clinic.
