I’m positioned between the medical world and the fitness industry. 

I help people who don’t require medical attention but can’t find solutions to their situation with standard fitness industry approaches. 

You may have already been through a medical process and achieved an unsatisfactory outcome, or you’re concerned exercise may make your problem worse. 

Regardless, you have the sense that exercise will help but you’re not sure how to apply it. 

My clients range from grandmothers who are seeking to delay joint replacement surgery, through to amateur sports people who want to enjoy their sport with less pain and fewer injuries. 

What they all have in common is a desire to enjoy their lives with less pain.
