Discovery Session

Everything starts with a Discovery Session. Here we have an informal discussion about your history, your present situation and your goals. We then take an in depth assessment of your muscular system to discover exactly where your current limitations are.

This will give you a very clear understanding of the influence your muscular system is having on your current situation and what we can do to help you.

If we are both happy to proceed, there are two pathways available to you depending on the speed with which you’d like your results delivered.

Rehab to Performance Plus

Rehab to Performance Plus ultimately produces the changes in your muscular system necessary to enable better performance.

You will discover exactly why you’ve been unable to return to the activities you love as we locate and resolve the muscle weakness that is the root cause of your issues with Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT).

We then transition to gym based resistance training and a bespoke programme designed and expertly coached to produce long lasting change.

Week by week you will feel yourself getting stronger as your aches and pains recede and you return to the activities you love performing better than ever.

Sessions are delivered in 8 session blocks with a recommended minimum frequency of one session per week.

What’s included:

  • Home exercise programme matched to your individual weaknesses.
  • Bespoke resistance training programme expertly coached and updated as necessary to progress you towards better performance.
  • E-mail support.

Rehab to Performance Pro

Rehab to Performance Pro is an intensive 12 week programme for individuals who want an exceptional result, fast.

We measure and optimise the key variables that relate to injury rehab success in order to deliver a complete and remarkable solution.
